GROUP RIDE - Sunday July 27

On Sunday July 27, we're organizing a casual community group ride to explore the twisty roads of the Muskoka region. This ride is open to all skill levels and everyone is encouraged to come. We will not be riding on boring 400 series highways (see route attached) but will be riding on some smaller highways (HWY 11) where the speeds limits exceed 80km/h. We will be making occasional stops to rest and to fuel up (roughtly every 2hours).

Please invite your friends. All brands and styles of bikes are welcome. Please bring your easy going personality and leave your competative one at home.

Please RSVP by emailing:

Please note: This is not a race, just a fun social community ride to build camaraderie and ride some new roads together. Everyone is encouraged to ride at a pace that they are safe and comfortable. A Corsa Meccanica rep will always be riding at the back of the pack as the last rider making sure no one is be left behind.

On July 11-13, 2014 we sponsored and participated in Lawrence Hacking's annual Overland Adventure Rally held at the Mohawk Inn & Conference Centre in Campbellville, Ontario.

The weekend event consisted of adventure related seminars, some offroad rider training and an epic day-long ride/adventure through the niagara escarpment and surrounding area.

Bob's Moto Guzzi Stelvio is ready for the dirt.

Peter and his stylish Moto Guzzi Norge.

We sent Viktor to represent Corsa Meccanica and ride the event this year on the new 2015 Aprilia Caponord. Despite having bald sporty tires, Viktor still chose to ride the gravel and off-road portion of the rally. To our surprise he managed to get through it all quite well, even through the steep and sandy hill climb.

The Overland Adventure Rally is a highlight to our summer and it has likely become one yours if you've experienced it once. Lawrence Hacking and his crew spend a great amount of time preparing the exciting routes, organizing interesting speakers and setting things up to be welcoming and approachable to all. We've always had a great time at the event and we're sure you will to. Keep your eyes peeled and your ears open for details about Lawrence Hacking's Overland Adventure Rally in 2015.

JUNE 12 - CORSA TECH NIGHT - Emergency Roadside Repairs

If you ride a motorcycle and plan to ride a bit further than your local Timmies, you should join us at Corsa Meccanica on June 12th from 7PM-9PM for our free community Tech-Night. We'll be going over some of the essential emergency roadside repairs and making sure that you're prepared for when you get a flat tire or when your bike breaks down.

Riding only one hour West of Toronto brings you to the southern end of the Niagara Escarpment and into the Hamilton area. The Hamilton area has over 60 waterfalls withing a 15km radius and another 40+ waterfalls a bit further south towards Stoney Creek. We rode out to the town of Dundas the other day to check out a few of the falls and to inspire you all to visit this area.

Here is a map of all of the waterfalls in the area. Thank you to the Hamilton Conservation Authority
